Haleh Esfandiari, a citizen of both the United States and Iran, was arrested in 2007 while in Tehran visiting her old mother. She was accused of being part of a plot by United State to overthrow the Iranian regime and was jailed. Her book titled My Prison, My Home is a deeply personal and inspiring story. At the same time it provides insight into the mindset of Iranian authorities and their belief that United State is perusing a policy of regime change in Iran.
